Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Introduction
1pager, a product of Cumulatus AI LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use 1pager to create, edit, print and share one-page documents and coloring pages, and how we use and protect it.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account information. You sign in with Google. We receive and store:
- Your name and email address
- Your Google account identifier and profile picture link
- When you created your account and last signed in
- Your username (we pick a random one when you sign up; you can change it) and, if you add one, your profile photo
- Who you follow on 1pager
- How many pages you've created with AI (to apply plan limits) and, if you subscribe to Plus, your plan, its status and billing dates
Payments. Plus is paid through Stripe. Stripe collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive only a customer ID, subscription status and billing dates, never your full card number.
2.2 Content you create.
- Prompts and instructions you write, and any text you add
- Photos and images you upload (we resize them and convert HEIC photos to JPEG/PNG)
- The pages and drawings generated for you, and a history of up to 30 recent versions of each page
- Your sharing choices (private, link, or public)
2.3 Technical information.
- IP address, browser and device information, and request logs kept by our hosting provider
- A sign-in token stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in
2.4 Visitor statistics.
We count visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that uses no cookies and doesn't identify or follow you across sites or days. It receives the type of page you view (never the address of a shared page or the title of your pages), the site that linked you here, and your browser, device type, screen size, language and approximate country. It sees your IP address to make the count but does not store it. We use these totals only to understand how 1pager is used.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the service: generate, store, display, print and share your pages
- Keep your account secure and prevent abuse (including daily limits on AI use)
- Apply plan limits and manage your Plus subscription
- Diagnose problems and improve 1pager
- Send important notices about your account or these policies
- Comply with legal obligations
4. AI Processing
- How it works: to create or change a page, your prompt, any text you add, your uploaded images, and (for edits) the current page are sent to Google's Gemini models through Google Cloud Vertex AI, which returns the page content or drawing.
- No training by us: we do not use your content to train AI models.
- No profiling: we do not build personal profiles for advertising.
- Check the output: AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Please review pages before printing or sharing them.
5. Photos and Content
- You must own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload
- Do not upload photos of other people without their consent — especially children
- Inappropriate, illegal or harmful content is prohibited (see our Terms of Service)
- We may remove content that violates these rules and suspend the account that posted it
6. Sharing and Visibility
- Private by default: new pages are visible only to you.
- Anyone with the link: anyone who has the page's link can view and print it. Making the page private again disables the link. When you share a page, we save a picture of it so apps like WhatsApp and iMessage can show a preview of the link; anyone with the link can see that picture, and it stops working when the page is made private or deleted.
- Public on 1pager: the page is listed in Explore and in 1pager search, can be found by search engines, and shows your username and profile photo as the author. Your name and email are never shown.
- Starting points: anyone who can view a shared or public page can use it as a starting point for their own page. Its text is copied into their new page; your photos are not.
- Your profile: 1pager.org/<your username> is public. It shows your username, profile photo, your public pages, and how many people you follow and who follow you.
- Your prompt and the text you added are never shown on shared or public pages.
- We never sell your personal information.
7. Data Storage and Security
1pager runs on Google Cloud in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, and images uploaded to pages are only served through short-lived signed links. Profile photos are public.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Delete: you can delete any page at any time; its images and history are deleted with it.
- Control visibility: change a page between private, link and public at any time.
- Export: print or save any page as a PDF.
- Access, correction, account deletion: email us at hello@1pager.org and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
- 1pager accounts are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data
- Users aged 13–17 need a parent's or guardian's consent
- Coloring pages and worksheets made for children should be created by a parent, guardian or teacher's account
- Parents can ask us to remove a child's data at any time
10. International Users
If you use 1pager from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the US. We aim to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR and CCPA.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice in 1pager. Continuing to use 1pager after an update means you accept it.
