Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 1pager, a product of Cumulatus AI LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use 1pager.

2. Description of Service

1pager uses AI to create printable one-page documents. The service includes:

  • Generating pages from your prompts, text and photos — flyers, study guides, worksheets and more
  • A free plan and a paid Plus plan with monthly page limits (see section 4)
  • AI-drawn coloring pages, including redrawing your photos as line art
  • Editing pages yourself or with AI, with version history
  • Printing and saving pages as PDF
  • Sharing pages by link or publicly in Explore, and using shared pages as starting points

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old; users aged 13–17 need a parent's or guardian's consent
  • You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure
  • Provide accurate information, and do not create accounts to get around limits or suspensions
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Plans, Payments and Cancellation

  • Free: 5 AI-made pages per account, in total. Plus: 100 new pages per monthly billing period for $5/month (plus any applicable tax). A page counts when the AI first makes it; deleting a page doesn't restore it. AI edits are limited to 30 per page, and daily limits apply to prevent abuse. Unused pages don't carry over.
  • Plus renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
  • You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing. Plus continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account returns to Free. You keep every page you made. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law; if something went wrong, contact us.
  • We may change prices or limits with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Prohibited content. You agree not to create, upload or share:

  • Illegal content, or content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy
  • Content promoting violence, self-harm or dangerous activities
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Sexually explicit content, or any inappropriate content involving minors
  • Spam, scams, or deliberately false or misleading information
  • Other people's private information (doxxing)

5.2 Platform misuse. You agree not to:

  • Hack, disrupt or overload 1pager, or bypass its limits
  • Scrape pages or user data with automated tools
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission

5.3 AI misuse. You agree not to use the AI features to create prohibited content, deceptive images of real people, or content that infringes others' rights.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your content.

  • You keep ownership of what you upload and create
  • You grant us a license to store, process (including by our AI providers), display and print your content as needed to run 1pager
  • When you share a page by link or publicly, you allow people who can view it to view, print and use it as a starting point for their own pages
  • You must have the rights to everything you upload

6.2 AI-generated content.

  • As between you and us, you own the pages and drawings generated for you
  • AI output can be inaccurate or resemble existing works — review it before printing or sharing
  • You are responsible for how you use generated content

6.3 Our property. The 1pager service, software and brand are owned by Cumulatus AI LLC. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer them.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. By using 1pager you agree to it.

8. Enforcement

  • We may remove content, make shared pages private, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Serious violations — including any inappropriate content involving minors, threats of violence, illegal content, or attempts to compromise our systems — result in permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement

9. Service Availability and Changes

  • We work to keep 1pager available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may change features, limits or these Terms with reasonable notice
  • We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice, giving you time to print or save your pages

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • 1pager is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for user content or for AI-generated output
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
  • You use 1pager at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cumulatus AI LLC from claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of 1pager or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington
  • Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules
  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
